Train the Trainer

At Ziglar we know that there are many different ways in which people become involved in the profession of training and development. Some people approach corporate training with an academic degree what many become trainers on-the-job because of changing demands and new needs. 

 Sometimes expertise in an area brings attention to an individual and before they know it they are asked by others to take on the role of a trainer.  For some this transition is normal and anticipated with excitement.  For others it brings on a certain kind of terror. 

Our goal is to help both the novice and the professional master of a set of skills that can transform the learning environment and foster a healthy dialog through innovative classroom activities and techniques.
