Mathew Penov
Matt started his career as a blue
collar construction worker who rose in the ranks to sales and
supervision and eventually joined corporate America as a district
manager for a fortune 500 company in Colorado. Matt understands hard
work to achieve your goals.
Matt specializes in developing individuals. Mr. Penov has an extensive
background in management techniques, operations and presentation skills.
He has acquired certifications in Ziglar Sales Systems, Strategies for
Success and Essential Presentation Skills, as well as many other areas
involving, Diversity, High Performance Team Development and Situational
Leadership. Over the past 20 years, he has been involved in numerous
start-up companies, where he utilized his skills in new business
development, customer relations and leadership training to maximize
profit and minimize expenses immediately. Mathew has over 15 years in
senior management.
Mr. Penov's leadership training and associate development expertise have
been enthusiastically shared as a Nationally Certified Performance
Trainer with Zig Ziglar. He has also embraced a community effort to
communicate disaster preparedness on a local level with the city of
Westminster as well as serving on their transportation board. If anyone
in your organization needs to present critical information to clientele
or their associates, Matt can help them do it better.
Matt’s educational background includes a computer science degree as well
as a bachelor's degree in business and a Masters degree in Business
Administration. He has also received endorsements from the Colorado
Department of Education in Secondary Business and Elementary Education.
Mathew is extremely passionate about working with people to develop
unity within their personal, professional and spiritual lives. As a
result of his passion to see others reach their goals, he has spent time
teaching in Jefferson County Public Schools, volunteered countless hours
in non-profit endeavors and is currently teaching a "Strategies for
Success" class at a local college in the Denver metro area. He
passionately coached Junior and Senior High school Football, Baseball &
Soccer for many years as well. Matt also loves to fly-fish and has been
known to swing a pretty sweet golf club.
His enthusiasm for life is shared by his wife of 60 years (30 each)
